So... for our bolds, we needed them to be something different. I'm (craig) a bold coffee drinker. I like it strong and hot (2 brown sugar cubes, touch light cream). Brazen, needed to be exactly that... bold and bad ass, without compromise. After a couple hours with Anne, she pulled together beans blended from a couple small farms in south america. roasted deep and cooled long. blend tasting #67. Anyhow, it's a daily drinker. I generally drink Brazen when I need a pick me up with blast of rich flavors.
