Refunds Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to make things right. At our discretion, we may issue refunds, discounts, credits, or other consideration to some or all customers. The amount and type of any such consideration will be determined solely by us.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase and are only available for unopened boxes.
Once an order has shipped, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you no longer want or need your order after it arrives, you may return the unopened box for a partial refund.
To return an item:
- Ship the unopened box to the address listed on the return label using the shipping carrier of your choice.
- Clearly write your order number on the outside of the box to ensure the refund is applied to the correct account.
- Your order number can be found in your shipping confirmation email.
Once the return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the price of the coffee, minus original shipping costs.
A $5 restocking fee applies to returns; however, this fee will be waived for the first returned box.
Returns & Promotional Items
Free or promotional items are provided as part of special offers and:
- Are non-transferable
- Cannot be redeemed for cash or other property
- Cannot be exchanged
Damaged promotional items are not eligible for replacement or exchange. Any approved refund for promotional items will be limited to the promotional value of the item and will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Returns Policy
Unopened packages may be returned for partial credit, excluding introductory boxes and glassware.
To qualify for a return:
- The package must be unopened
- The return must be requested within 30 days of purchase
- Introductory boxes and glassware are not eligible for return
Returned items must be shipped to the address listed on the return label using the shipping service of your choice.
After the returned package is received and inspected, we will process a refund for the price of the coffee, less shipping costs.
